Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email nexorasalessupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
For unwanted items, return postage is paid by the customer. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with all original packaging where possible. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and checked, using the original payment method where applicable.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
