Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to customers in the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is £3.95 on orders under £50.
Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.

Processing and delivery estimates

Nexora works with specialist fulfilment partners, so processing times, dispatch locations and delivery estimates can vary by product. The most relevant estimate available is shown on the product page or during checkout.

Unless a product page states otherwise, orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days and standard delivery usually takes 7–14 working days after dispatch. These estimates are not guarantees.

Orders with more than one item

Items supplied by different fulfilment partners may be dispatched separately and arrive in different parcels. You will not be charged additional delivery fees because an order is split.

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout when they become available from the fulfilment partner or carrier.

Delays and address changes

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, busy periods, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control. Please check your delivery address carefully before checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.
